Leadership - Teachers are the role models for our next generations. 

Teachers hold a key position within the structure of our society. As the people responsible for imparting knowledge and values to our future generations, Strike Free believes that teachers are pivitol leaders in our society. The Strike Free training for teachers aims to strenghten attributes in teachers that equate to leadership. Teachers as leaders can mentor students in ways that improve students' school perform and more effectively pass onto students the values of the school.  However more and more frequently our newspapers reflect the increasing frustrations and difficulties that Teachers in Australian schools are facing.

Conflict Resolution

 Strike Free for Teachers is also designed to expand teachers' classroom management skills and compliment Strike Free for students. Today, Australian teachers are expected to deliver much more than teaching. The fast-paced lifestyle of most families and changes in trends in the workforce have resulted in a societal  expectation that teachers will deliver life skills education in terms of social and conflict resolution skills. Furthermore teachers seem to have been handed over responsiblity for children's psychosocial and emotional development; improving children's self-confidence, interpersonal skills and general feelings of well-being. Strike Free provides teachers with strategies to these modern teaching challenges. 

Intelligent Self-Reflection

Strike Free offers teachers a new framework from which to practice. Teachers trained in the Strike Free principles are able to reflect on their practice and demonstrate emotionally intelligence teaching styles.  Strike Free teachers are able to critically appraise their own behaviours, thoughts and values and the impact of their actions on their teaching performance. Intelligent self-reflection means more than being reflective. It offers teachers a way of thinking about accountability in terms of relationships and the impact they have on others.

Builds Knowledge Organisations

To cope with the complexity of today's educational environment, schools need to take on many of the new ways of the corporate world. One of the most important of these is for schools to become open learning systems where teaching frameworks,  excellence and change emerges from the way a school as a whole acquires, interprets and processes information about the environment. Strike Free Leadership for teachers provides continuous learning and knowledge environments for schools, where like-minded communities of teachers can gain resources and guidance in implementing teacher practice standards in the current evolving education environment.  The Strike Free Leadership System like a culture, offers sets of values, norms and expectations to be reinforced in the school environment.
